What a beautiful cafe with a gorgeous selection of baked goodies. We had a cake slice and snickers slice, their flavour was amazing. The coffee sadly was not great, I ended up throwing it out half drunk. I ordered a mocha and when I confirmed with the barista my order after tasting it (due to NO mocha flavour), instead of offering to remedy the lack of choc flavour she was rude and fobbed me off. Nevertheless will return for their baked goods minus the coffee.

Sat morning June 25, my husband and I sat down for breakfast and we were very much disappointed with the food. I order Egg Florentine, the poached eggs were close to being hard boiled, I was able to poke and pick up the whole egg with my fork. The toast was so tough that it was unpleasant to eat. The Reuben sandwich which was a special dish was not nice at all. I’ve had $7 Reuben from other takeaway cafe and they were better than this $18 one. We spend $48 for a relaxing weekend breakfast and yet the experience was very disappointing.

Ordered food for myself and my 2 young kids, was told 20 minute wait, I was okay with that. An hour later we still haven’t got our food. After asking multiple times how much longer.People that came after us had already got their food, eaten and then left.Finally after asking the last time they said they would give me a refund back and 2 free drinks for next time.Not good enough. Especially if I’m coming in with my kids.

Love their selection of cakes - apple turnovers and chocolate croissants are my favourites. Lots of choice between breads - fruit loaf and pane de casa loaves are the best. Pies are a bit pricey but sausage rolls are deliciousss!

Opens at 7.30am, went at 8.15am. Hardly any pies in warmer. Pastry on all pies didn't look cooked. Bought a stockmanand the egg, cheese and bacon pie. Stockman wasn't bad but pastry not cooked properly. Egg not cooked properly in my pie still clear slime and maybe a teaspoon of bacon in one side of the pie. Poor effort for top price pies

We were so excited to stop at a roadside bakery but were MORTIFIED by the prices. $9.50 for a pie without any reasonably priced options except the $5.00 small sausage roll. We realised that we had actually stopped here a few years earlier and not bought anything due to the prices so thought we should bite the bullet. Pies weren’t bad but not epic like the price suggested. The grounds were nice though and the coffee price was okay.

Great pies!Lazy staff. Letting them know that the toilet was out of paper seemed to be an imposition. And wiping down the tables would have interrupted their screen time. Needs a grown-up in charge.

the staff was so so so rude and disrespectful. we brought a cinnamon log which was awful compared to the other ones i’ve had at other brumbrys. no taste. never going there again.
